When it feels too difficult, we tend to give up or make excuses about how it just doesn’t work for us. That’s why we really need to have a quick and easy morning routine that will energise and inspire us.
Here are my tips to help you create an intentional morning routine you’ll love if you’re currently struggling to make it happen.
- Make sure you get the write amount of sleep
- Wake up at least two hours before you have to start working
- Avoid starting your day by going on social media
- Stretch or workout
- Have quiet reading or journaling
- Meditate for at least 10 minutes
- Make a wellness drink and breakfast
